All Manner of Prayer

The power and the privilege of all true believers is to communicate with our heavenly Father through prayer. All Manner of Prayer is a wonderful aid toward becoming disciplined in prayer. It provides insightful directives and personal prayer petitions from the word of God.

Prayer can be expressed in praise, supplication, by petition, declaration, worship, in a tear, a shout, a quiet moment in His presence, a song, a groan, or even a faith confession. Prayer to the believer is as necessary as the air we breathe. When we grow faint and weary through the trials of this world, we must remember the words that Jesus taught. Jesus said, “Men ought always to pray and not faint.” (Luke 18:1 AMP)

In this hour, prayer is the much needed and vital spiritual discipline that will sustain, strengthen, and keep us in our day-to-day lives. Ephesians 6:18 exhorts us to “Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all manner of prayer and entreaty. To that end, keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding on behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).”
